Days like these…

It’s days like these that make me want big fruit salads, big books with nice stories, and a hammock, a big hammock lightly shaded beneath two big trees. Trees big enough to shade me from direct sunlight while at the same time letting enough sunlight in to stay warm when the breeze blows. The breeze that blows just big enough to gently rock my hammock, but not so strongly that it makes holding the page on my book open difficult while I doze. Dozing just deep enough to feel rested but not so deep that I don’t fully appreciate every moment of the perfect situation I find myself in. And lemonade too. But no bugs. Yeah, that’s what days like these make me want.
